OOg-en-blik wil de mensen op straat laten genieten van kunst door lege etalages in de binnenstad van Breda mooi te maken met kunst van Bredase kunstenaars. In de Tolbrugstraat zijn de etalages van twee lege winkelpanden naast elkaar door OOg-en-blik ingericht met kunst. Vanaf maart 2014 is er een grote etalage in Halstraat 14 bijgekomen. Inmiddels is deze etalage weer verhuurd.
